9:30-10:45am  Hatha 1 with Bob

11am-12pm  Gentle Yoga with Bob

6-7:15pm Iyengar Yoga with Tammy

Tuesday

5:30-6:45pm  Hatha 1 with Bob

7-8pm  Introduction to Yoga with Bob (odd months only)

Wednesday

6-7:15pm Slow-Flow with David

Thursday

5:30-6:45pm  Hatha 1 with Bob

7-8:15pm  Yin Yoga with Bob

Saturday

9:30-10:45am  Hatha 2 with Bob

 

 

*SPECIAL- The Introduction to Yoga Class held on Tuesdays is for persons new to yoga and new to the studio. It is free of charge and will run up to four weeks. It is a way for beginners to appreciate the many benefits of yoga, while learning to do the poses safely and correctly.  Sessions begin on the first Tuesday of every odd month.
