Yoga Instructors

Bob Hayes RYT

After discovering yoga more than twenty years ago, Bob quickly went from being an enthusiastic student, to a dedicated and passionate teacher. Bob’s deep passion for yoga is evident by a teaching style that continually encourages students to explore their limitless potential through renewed body awareness. His approach is dynamic, physically, yet supportive, and even playful at times, with the goal always being to have students realize their true nature. Teachers who have been a major influence on Bob’s approach to yoga include David Neuman, David Swenson, Bob Glickstein, and Joe Robertson.
